Learn More About Key CMI: Charlotte NC
Key Community Management was established in 2002 with the mission of providing unmatched customer service; finding technology that creates the highest possible cost-efficiency; utilizing quality vendors; and offering a community management experience built on trust, consistency and results. The most common concerns we hear from board members and other homeowners during an association transition process is that they previously never received return phone calls and emails in a timely manner, if at all. And, prompt and legally-sound resolution of issues and completion of projects is always a challenge. Our priority is to eliminate that frustration and ease the minds of board members. We have the experience you’re looking for, superior resources and your goals in mind.
Tim & Cyndi Sullivan started the business together. Cyndi has a degree in public relations and marketing, and most recently worked in marketing for CapTrust Financial Advisors, a division of Wachovia Securities, and is also a NC licensed real estate broker and a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA). Her experience provides the skills necessary to operate an office environment in a professional, structured and cost-efficient manner.
Tim’s prior experience is in sales and marketing, which the company draws upon to provide exceptional customer service, emphasizing client retention and a goal of consistently meeting or exceeding customer’s expectations. Tim has also been in your position serving as a board member of several large communities in which he has lived.
At Key Community Management, we maintain highly-trained and motivated community managers and an administrative staff. We implement a continuous management training process and encourage a high standard of professionalism and integrity. The staff attends industry trade events presented by organizations such as Community Associations Institute (CAI). The law office we work with on behalf of our clients also provides seminars regarding legal issues that affect HOA law.
It is our desire to empower board members with knowledge of their association’s governing documents and state law, corporate practices and industry standards because no matter how we help, the job always begins with knowing the industry we serve. We provide a consistent management process to our valued communities so they achieve ongoing success.
