Key Community Management was established in 2002 to help community volunteers manage their investment in a structured setting that is consistent with their community’s governing documents. We are focused on providing an affordable and trust worthy management experience for our communities.

Prior to starting the company, co-owner Cyndi Sullivan had experience most recently in corporate administration and marketing with CapTrust Financial Advisors, a division of Wachovia Securities. This provided the important skills necessary to operate an office environment in a professional, organized and cost-effective manner. Cyndi is also a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina.

Co-owner Tim Sullivan’s prior experience is in the area of sales and marketing, which the company draws upon to provide a high level of customer service, emphasizing customer retention and a goal of consistently delivering customer satisfaction with detail on community operations.

We purchased a single family home in Stallings, NC and had it rezoned as a commercial property in 2009, with space to add new community managers as needed. Our office has a spacious conference room that is available for our client’s board meetings, committee meetings and hearings. We maintain a fixed building cost even with company growth. This financial investment enables us to keep our cost per unit low, with minimal administrative fees. We utilize our physical address to receive mail daily, and we welcome homeowners to stop by anytime.
