As a board member, are you prepared for your HOA community annual meeting?
The annual meeting is an important part of the HOA corporate structure. It is a time to meet new neighbors and exchange ideas. It also a time for the elected board to shine, while presenting all the accomplishments that were budgeted for and how these accomplishments have created value for the homeowners association.
